THE Witbank Magistrates Court has sentenced Justice Sambo (46) to four years imprisonment.

Justice was found guilty on Wednesday, 15 March for the illegal sale of RDP houses in Witbank and surroundings areas.

“In October 2020, members of the public responded to the advert and contacted Sambo to finalise deals for purchases. He used pressure on the victims to make payments in advance. After they settled their payments, Sambo vanished,” Lucy said.

The matter was reported to the cops and the case was referred to the Hawks for investigation.
