A GAUTENG primary school teacher accused of sexually harassing a grade 5 pupil has been found guilty on three counts of misconduct by the Education Labour Relations Council.

During the hearing, the council heard how the Refalotse Primary School teacher in Tshwane allegedly smeared Vaseline on his lips and instructed the pupil to kiss her.
