A FAMILY of a man who was in a wheelchair is looking for answers after he was hit by a car and left to die.

The 41-year-old Thulani Zontini died after a hit-and-run accident in the early hours of Saturday morning, 20 May, in Protea Glen, Soweto.

According to Thulani's cousin Sithembele Mgodeli, he left his house to go see one of his friends and later went to have fun at a tavern. Unfortunately, he never made it home alive.
