Owen da Gama is back with a bang.
The well-travelled former Sekhukhune United and TS Galaxy coach has rejoined Black Leopards.
The Motsepe Foundation Championship side have been without a coach since the departure of Johnny Ferreira, and now they opted for their former employee.
Da Gama, who could not be found on Tuesday afternoon, is expected to start his training sessions with Leopards from Wednesday.
Lidoda Duvha will be back in action in a Limpopo derby against high-flying Polokwane City next Sunday, a game that will be Da Gama's official opener.
None of the club's officials was available to verify the news.
However, a source at the club said: "He's expected in camp tomorrow. It's a done deal."
In his coaching career, the former Swallows striker has also coached the likes of Dynamos, Platinum Stars, South African Under-23 and Highlands Park.
The ex-Premiership side have been struggling this season and are sitting at the bottom of the log with 13 points from 17 league matches.
This campaign the struggling Leopards have managed only two wins, drew seven and lost eight matches and Da Gama will be expected to help the Venda-based outfit survive relegation.
