Pirates winger return to Maritzburg United

MARITZBURG United have confirmed the return of Orlando pirates winger Tebogo Tlolane. 

Tlolane returns to the Team of Choice for a second stint in between spells at Chippa United and Pirates.  

The former Jomo Cosmos man, previously starred at the KZN club having featured in 34 games across all competitions and played a vital role in helping the club escape relegation in 2020-21 season.  

“Firstly, I am grateful for the opportunity I’ve been given to represent the team again. I have good memories with the Team of Choice and I hope to create more and be the best that I can be and help the team do well,” said Tlolane on his return.

Tlolane’s arrival will add additional options in attack for coach Fadlu Davids.Davids said having Tlolane back in the team is a huge boost to their squad

 “His attacking prowess and playmaking abilities will complement our striking force and give us the dimension that we need in our attack. Having worked with him, I know that he will make a positive impact upon being given an opportunity,” stated Davids.
