A GOOD Samaritan came to DJ Ganyani's rescue after being stranded on the way to a gig.
This came after the Talk To Me hitmaker left his wallet at his Joburg home and was low on petrol.
The DJ, whose real name is Frederick Tshabalala, was seen stressed by a local man, Beecee "DJ Baltimore" Phatlane who helped him fill up his car with his last R500, as ATMs were out of cash.
Ganyani from Meadowlands in Soweto said he was on his way to a gig in Groblersdal, Limpopo. The musician told the Daily Sun that the man saw him panicking when he used the ATM.
"He came to me when he saw that I was stressed. I even asked the lady who works at the local garage, and she said it actually did not work. I was already in town and realised that I would not reach the venue with the petrol. This man helped me and gave me R500 for petrol," DJ Ganyani said.
