Former Umkhokha: The Curse actress Angel Zuma says she has never cried so much in her life feeling hurt, disappointed, and betrayed.
She recently shared her experiences of working for the Mzansi Magic telenovela on her YouTube channel.
The 26-year-old Angel is known for acting on Uzalo and Umkhokha.
Angel said she decided to speak about her experience on the telenovela.
"One of you guys in the comment section asked me about my experience on the show and the people I was working with," she said.
She explained that she left the telenovela because she received a job offer from Disney abroad.

"I got a call to audition for Umkhokha and was informed that I got a job, but not for the role I auditioned for. They created a role for me," she said.
Angel described it as a great experience.
"It was fun, but everything changed when I said I was leaving. When I say it ended in tears, I mean that. I didn't think some people would ever change on me like that. But I don't mean cast and crew. They were amazing human beings who were ever excited and happy for me," she said.
According to Angel, the people who had a problem with her departure were some crew members, though she didn't name anyone.
"I never thought in my life these people would do this to me because I resigned. Can we normalise in productions, when a person resigns and there's nothing you can do to make them stay, send them well and let them go in peace," she said.
Angel said she was hurt.
"I've been there and I was that one employee who was always there. But when it was time for me to leave, certain individuals didn't want me to go," she added.
She concluded by giving praises to God.
