Police said one of the brothers is the alleged trigger puller in AKA's murder.

THE mum of Mzansi rapper Kiernan "AKA" Forbes, Lynn Forbes, said if it had been her son coming home on Tuesday, 11 November, it would have been justice for her.

The grieving mum said everyone else brought home is just a process.

This came after Mzansi people were happy that AKA murder accused, the Ndimande brothers, were finally extradited to Mzansi from Eswatini to stand trial on Tuesday, 11 November.

Police said one of the brothers is the alleged trigger puller in AKA's murder.

The Ndimande brothers, Siyabonga Gezani Ndimande and Malusi Dave Ndimande, recently withdrew their appeal against extradition from Eswatini to Mzansi.

This came after they fought not to be extradited to Mzansi from Eswatini as they were arrested in Eswatini allegedly hiding at the beginning of 2024.

Their extradition to Mzansi was granted by the Manzini Magistrates Court in Eswatini in August 2024. But when they were expected to be extradited to Mzansi, the two dramatically filed a last-minute appeal in the High Court of Eswatini in October 2024, raising security concerns.

The two were allegedly hiding in Mbabane, Eswatini, after their suspected involvement in the murder of AKA and Tibz in February 2023.

AKA's mum Lynn Forbes took to her Facebook account to show she's still heartbroken about losing her son. She wasn't celebrating the extradition of the alleged killer to the home country and posted a picture with her son AKA.

"If you were the one coming home today. That would be justice for me. Everyone else is just process.

"This South African air is suffocating today. I cannot breathe," she wrote.

Lynn Forbes'publicist Sheila Afari told Daily Sun that she is not making any comment.

"Lynn isn'tmaking any comments," she said.

Shortly after the Ndimande brothers were successfully extradited, they briefly appeared in Durban Magistrates Court. Their matter was postponed to 25 November to allow their legal representative enough time to consult with them.

In Mzansi, the Ndimande brothers are joining their co-accused Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi (32), Lindani Ndimande (37), Siyanda Myeza (23), Mziwethemba Gwabeni (38) and Lindokuhle Mkhwanazi (31). They were arrested in Mzansi and linked to the murder of AKA and Tibz. They're waiting for their pre-trial on 26 June 2026 after being denied bail.
