"This is just the beginning. Amen has set the tone for the journey ahead as I get ready for the release of my fourth studio album. This project is a continuation of my story, which is rooted in healing, growth and celebrating womanhood," said Cici.

She said her upcoming album promises to be a dynamic evolution of her artistry with deeply personal songs and an impactful collaboration that reflect her maturity and vision.

Cici, who won Best R&B Singer Award, Best Styled Video Award and Best Compilation Feature Award at the Metro FM Music Awards in 2016, has previously collaborated with stars including Lady Amer, JL SA Murumba Pitch and DJ Zinhle.

Naledi, whose real name is Naledi Aphiwe Myongwane (18), said working with Cici was a dream come true.

"I looked up to her when I was younger. I used to always listen to her songs. She's my mentor and industry mum. The song means a lot to me. I was able to express how I feel about my mum's passing," she said.
