But the change didn’t come easily. Inno said she had to face the truth about what alcohol was doing to her life.

CLUB host and reality TV star Inno Morolong is celebrating a year of sobriety.

Inno said leaving alcohol has changed her life in ways she never imagined and helped make 2025 one of her best years yet.

Before, Inno (33) was known for going live on Instagram while drunk, and she was arrested multiple times for assault while intoxicated.

"After I stopped drinking, I have seen so many improvements in my life. I'm more productive, I feel good, and my skin is glowing. I saved a lot of money; the alcohol I drank was expensive champagne and single reserves.

"I also see changes in my health, I have more energy and time for work. I work out and take care of myself more, and my head is always in a clear place to think rationally at all times," she said.

But the change didn't come easily. Inno said she had to face the truth about what alcohol was doing to her life.

"Alcohol brought me so many downfalls and setbacks more than fun times. Waking up with a hangover can delay a person in so many ways. It cost me money, friendships, and relationships. There's so much I can say, but I choose not to because I've moved on from all of that and am in just a peaceful and tranquil headspace," she said.

Even though she still works as a club host, she said her discipline keeps her going.

"Being disciplined and still not drinking while I work at clubs is my biggest flex because while people are fighting over champagne, I'm chilled with my water or energy drink. Not drinking alcohol also saves a person from a lot of things," she said proudly.

This year has been filled with achievements for her. She starred in the five-part documentary series Slay Queens on Showmax, bought herself a new Mercedes-Benz, and proudly witnessed her daughter Lesedi, age 12, win the Junior title of The Face of Matjhabeng in the Free State, as well as the Business Winner 2025 award for her sweet treats venture.

"Motherhood changed me and improved me in so many ways.

I'm responsible as a mother, and I have to always be there for my daughter. I'm a present mother, no matter how busy my schedule is, I always make sure I spend time with my daughter and raise her well. My daughter is also getting older, so one of the reasons I have rebranded is because I really don't want to embarrass my daughter as a mother.

"She attends one of the best schools in the country, and she travels with me during her school holidays. I always make sure I give her a better life than I had," Inno said.Inno also celebrated personal transformations this year.

"My biggest achievements were getting my breast reduction and liposuction. I have been wanting that to improve my image for a long time, for myself and my own happiness.

"I am also proud of being part of the reality series on Showmax. God keeping me safe is the biggest achievement this year. I'm thankful for life, and I pray that He forever keeps me safe with my loved ones," she said.
