RENOWNED DJ and producer, DJ Fisherman, is back with a fresh sound after a decade-long break.
The talented 40-year-old from KwaNdengezi, west of Durban, previously released his album Evolution in 2014, featuring the hit song Call Out.
DJ Fisherman, whose real name is Sfiso Mjoli, returns with a new album, Chapter X.
He's well-known for hits like, Owethu Wena and Happy Song.
Fisherman has produced tracks for DJ Tira, Big Nuz, and DJ Cndo.
Notably, he was behind Big Nuz's hit song Umlilo.
In an interview with Daily Sun, DJ Fisherman shared that he took a long break due to music industry challenges.

"At the moment, I don't want to talk about those challenges because it hurt me and made me hate making music," he said.
"During my break, something always told me I had unfinished business and a missing chapter in my music career. Hence, Chapter X is the missing chapter in my music career."
Understanding changes in the music scene, DJ Fisherman decided to return with a new sound to fit into the current market.
"I know many people loved my style, but that was a long time ago, and many things have changed, so I shouldn't stick to the old style while the music is evolving.
"But there's a song I recorded with Mampintsha before my break, and felt it can fit in the current market, and it's the only one featured on my album as a bonus song," he said.
Before his hiatus, DJ Fisherman was a leading producer at Afrotainment, a record label owned by DJ Tira, where he produced many award-winning songs.
