NGIZWE Mchunu has a case to answer.

The former Ukhozi FM DJ failed in his bid to have charges against him dismissed in the Randburg Regional Court on Thursday, 25 May.

He wanted the court to find that the state did not prove that he was guilty of any of the charges against him.
