FORMER Vuzu presenter, actress and all-round entertainer Denise Zimba is making a bold return and she's doing it on her own terms!
The outspoken star, known for her fearless attitude and vibrant personality, told Daily Sun that she's stepping back into the limelight with purpose and power.
"I'm back with full force. Life has been 'lifing', but I'm still here, getting myself back in the game. I've been doing a lot of work behind the scenes producing, directing, and trying to create space for new talent in the industry. But now, I'm ready to show up again," she said.
Denise first stole Mzansi's hearts as a presenter on Vuzu's V-Entertainment, where her energy and boldness made her a fan favourite.
She later branched into acting, starring in local shows such as Generations: The Legacy and The Queen, as well as establishing herself as a dancer and performer.

Now, she's diving into one of her long-held passions - music.
"Yes, venturing into music because it's always been one of my passions and I've got a story to tell as you guys all know and what better way is to make music and write your story and sing about it," she said with a smile.
Denise said that she's done hiding who she is and wants to use her creativity as a form of healing, not only for herself, but for others too.
"I'm expanding. I want to be that force behind the scenes, helping bring in new faces, but I'm also not done with being in front of the camera or the mic," she said.
Looking back at her Vuzu days, she admitted she sometimes misses the old Denise.
"Those were the days! That version of me might come back... I'm still trying to get myself together. I miss her too sometimes," she added.
