RAPPER melts hearts during performance.
Award-winning rapper Khuli Chana melted hearts during the Ziyakhala Mo Sun City concert on Saturday night, 27 June when he paid a touching tribute to his wife, celebrated DJ Lamiez Holworthy-Morule with a special remix of his hit song, Sthandwa Sam.
Before performing the song, Khuli, whose real name is Khulane Morule, shared with fans that his wife often jokes that he has never written a song specifically about her despite his successful music career.
"A couple of months back, we celebrated my wife. We had a wedding and celebrated our love," he told the cheering crowd.
"She's my soldier. She's my rock. But there's one problem. She always says: 'You never write songs about me. When are you going to write something about me?' So, tonight we're going to try something for her, but I'm going to need your help."
Thousands of fans gladly joined in, singing every word as Khuli performed a heartfelt version of Sthandwa Sam, turning the performance into one of the most emotional moments of the evening.

Khuli and Lamiez, one of Mzansi's most admired celebrity couples, officially celebrated their marriage earlier in 2026 in an intimate private wedding attended by close family and friends.
The pair, who share a son, have become known for publicly supporting one another's careers while keeping much of their family life away from the spotlight.
The 43-year-old rapper from Mmabatho in the North West is regarded as one of the pioneers of motswako hip-hop. Since bursting onto the music scene with the group Morafe, he has built a successful solo career with hits including Mnatebawen, Tswa Daar, and Buyile. His influence has helped shape South African hip-hop for more than two decades.
Khuli said he remains grateful for the love he continues to receive from fans.
"It felt like a one-man show. I feel blessed to still be loved and embraced by the people. We dropped a new song, and I think they love it," he said.
