Twasa said her father's surname and other co-authors will appear in the journal.

LESEDI FM breakfast show presenter said she will spend Christmas with family in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga.

Twasa, whose real name is Seipati Seoke, said she completed an MBA and graduated in Master Business Administration at Gordon Institute of Business Science of the University of Pretoria.

She said she completed the degree in honour of her late father because he dropped out of an MBA programme when she was involved in a car accident 22 years ago.

Her father died in April 2019 following a long battle with cancer.

"It's a great academic journey from 2019 to 2022, to ensure that his name and legacy are preserved.

"This year there is a lot to celebrate. Last week I got news that my master's thesis has been published in an academic journal as an academic article," she said.

Twasa said her father's surname and other co-authors will appear in the journal.

"Being with family for Christmas is very important because it's a moment to reflect and to celebrate the gift that family is to us."

Twasa said she's a great teacher of the word of God.

She said she values education because the gospel has championed building of schools and universities.

"I don't know whether I'm called to wear a colour but I do evangelise. I'm just a deejay who loves Jesus and talks about him a lot," she said.

Twasa said as an academic author, she's working on her book, a document of her radio journey, as she'll be celebrating 24 years on the radio on 3 January 2024.

She will be celebrating her milestone on Lesedi FM.

"The book will be about my career in entertainment and people can expect it before the end of 2024," she said.

Her advice to those who look up to her is that they should anchor their character in God, which is the beginning of wisdom.

"Be willing to pay the cost and the results of success will take care of themselves. People should understand that every good thing is behind a very difficult journey, therefore let that passion drive you," said Twasa.
