SOCIAL media users often say umjolo is a pandemic, as many people get hurt after breakups.
Producer Mpho Mohlong, popularly known as Mpho.Wav, hopes those left broken from different relationships find healing.
He believes through his latest song titled Emini, they will relate and find consolation in the face of hardship.
Mpho.Wav said the song blends vocalist Simmy's exceptional storytelling through his infectious grooves.
The 29-year-old from Orange Farm, south of Joburg, said he has experienced heartbreak many times and relates to the song.
"I experienced heartbreak in different relationships, family and romantic. I relate to the song as a young person who has been dating," he said.

The producer said he has been in the industry for over seven years.
He started off as a drummer and pianist in church, and quickly evolved into a sought-after session musician, working with renowned smooth jazz, fusion and gospel artists.
Mpho.Wav said his journey into music production began when a friend introduced him to digital production tools, igniting his sound exploration.
He said his talent flourished when he joined the El World Music label (now Under the Sun), created by mentor and friend Sun-El Musician, where he contributed as a session musician and music producer, collaborating with celebrated artists under the label.
Among these, he collaborated and produced powerful hits with Msaki, Nobuhle, Azana, Kenza, Sun-El Musician and Mörda, among others.
