SINGER Azana is living a dream.
She's always wanted to work with rapper Siyabonga Nene, popularly known as Big Zulu.
A dream come true!
It appears her dream has come true, with the duo releasing a new song titled Amacala Othando on Friday, 24 January.
The 24-year-old, whose real name is Makhosazana Princess Masango, is known for her hit songs, including Sifanele and Shona Malanga.
She told Daily Sun the song with Big Zulu talks about a broken marriage.
"It talks about a broken marriage where a man feels unappreciated. It's an argumentative dialogue between lovers and expressing their concerns," she said.
Exploring the song's narrative
Azana said in the song the couple fights over things they go through in relationships.
"The moral of this song is that at the end of the conversation they agree not to be apart."

She said even though they talk about a couple that fights, they also address things couples go through while in marriage or relationships.
"This talks about those who married and will never be apart because they have made a decision they are always going to make the relationship work."
A grateful heart for Big Zulu collaboration
Azana said she is grateful for the collaboration with Big Zulu.
"Creating this song with Big Zulu was an amazing experience.
"I've wanted to collaborate with him since I entered the industry, so this was an answered prayer. It's been amazing and makes me happy it's come to life," she said.
Azana's reaction to social media buzz
Azana posted a video of her and Big Zulu on her Instagram page, and social media users thought it was because they were dating.
When Daily Sun asked if they were in a relationship, Azana said: "For now, I don't want to answer any questions about me being in a relationship with him. For now, we're concentrating on the music."
