SHE believes she has seen the power of God.
And now she wants people to know that God can show up when they least expect Him.
Gospel artist Winnie Mashaba has expressed her gratitude and thanksgiving to God in a recently released unplugged song.
The 42-year-old, who was born and raised in the village of Kgoši Phasha in Steelpoort, Limpopo, said the song Ka Gopola Maropeng A Bo Koko, is the second version of the song she penned in 2021.
"I wrote it when I was pregnant with my daughter. The song says nations are shocked that I love God. I say God has amazed me. I even remember my ancestors and wish I could call them from Heaven," she said.
She said she wanted people to know what God can do in their lives.
"God is amazing, and He exists. That's the message I want to put out there," she said.
Winnie, who's had two miscarriages in the past, said she was inspired to write the song because of many things in her life, including her pregnancies.

"I feel that I know how to praise God and go to church because of my elders who encourage me," Winnie said.
She urged people not to give up and lose hope.
"My elders used to tell me that God answers at His own time. I want to tell people to be patient because God is going to answer them."
Winnie said she didn't like talking about her private life.
"I've seen a lot of things that showed the power of God in my life, but I try keep my life as private as possible. For me to be where I am today, it's God," she said.
