A YOUNG man says his missing underwear has brought misery and destruction to his life.
The 23-year-old from Bramley in Joburg told Daily Sun his life was at a standstill because of a tokoloshe sent to him by someone who had stolen his undies and clothes.
He said his dad had spent more than R20 000 trying to help him get rid of the evil creature and was now in debt.
The man said his problem started in March 2020. This was after he had washed his clothes and undies, and had hung them up on the washing line to dry.
He said when it was time to take them back into the house, the clothes were gone. He said there were other clothes on the line but only his were taken.
He said a few days after the incident, he heard footsteps and a knock on his front door. He said when he opened it, there was anybody there. But when he closed the door, he felt something climbing onto him.

"I saw a short scary thing attacking me. I tried to fight it off, but it was too powerful. I passed out and I've been sick ever since," he said. He said he often ran out of breath, had pains in his back and was being strangled while sleeping, even during the day.
He also told Daily Sun that all izangoma that he had consulted have told him that someone had sent a tokoloshe to him by using soil from a certain grave.
"I did well in my matric and all I could think about is that someone saw that I could have a beautiful future and life, but they hated that," he said.
He said he had also consulted medical doctors, who couldn't find anything wrong with him after running several tests.
"I can't express how much this hurts me. My life has been destroyed and I don't know what to do anymore," he said.
He said he had even gone to rivers to cleanse but none of that helped.
The dad said all he wanted was for his son to be okay and live a great life.
The SunTeam also noticed how weak the young man was and that he could barely walk and couldn't even talk properly.
Sangoma and bishop Patrick Charuke told Daily Sun he's dealt with such situations before and asked that the young man comes see him, he would assist him.
