THE four women who were accused of killing Prince Lethukuthula Zulu, the son of the late Zulu King Goodwill Zwelithini kaBhekuzulu, were acquitted on charges of murder and possession of drugs.
But the Joburg High Court found Tshegofatso Moremane, Margaret Koaile, Portia Mmola, and Gontse Tlhoele guilty on the theft charge.
The four accused will appear before Judge Moleboheng Mdalana-Mayisela on Thursday, 30 November, for sentencing proceedings.
The four accused are facing charges of stealing money, a laptop, a cellphone, a blanket, and cutlery and are scheduled for sentencing.
The accused have been in custody since 2020 after cops arrested them.

On 17 November, state prosecutor Advocate Sifiso Khumalo brought the victim impact statement taken from the family of the late Prince Lethukuthula Zulu when the accused appeared in court.
But the lawyers for the accused didn't want the court to accept the statement.
Judge Moleboheng Mdalana-Mayisela made a ruling stating that the court wouldn't accept the statement because it wouldn't make an impact on the judgment.
The victim impact statement was based on what the family suffered when they lost Prince Lethukuthula.
Mdalana-Mayisela said: "The accused were acquitted on the murder case therefore the impact statement will be not relevant to the judgment as the accused will be sentenced for a theft case."
In August 2023, the court acquitted the four accused of Zulu's murder and possession of drugs but found them guilty of theft from Zulu's Northwold, Joburg home.
Prince Lethukuthula (50) was found dead by security guards at his home at a residential complex in Northwold on 6 November 2020.
The court previously heard the accused, who is charged with his murder, was alleged to be part of a syndicate that allegedly drugged and robbed people. They allegedly stole a microwave, TV sets, and cash at Zulu's home.
The incident happened after Zulu and his friend, Nkosi Msimang met the accused at an entertainment establishment in Randburg, where they claimed to be celebrating Moremane's birthday.
