Hadebe has ordered the police to speed up the search for the suspects.

THE family of Lowis Sekomane whose burnt body was discovered on Sunday morning, 24 March are still in shock.

The 23-year-old man from Ramotshinyadi Village in Limpopo was found naked, burnt and his legs tied.

It's reported that the police were informed of the incident by a passer-by. His father, Johannes Sekomane, told Daily Sun that he was informed by his worker of his son's death.

"I rushed to the scene only to find out that my son was the one who was killed and burnt to death. We are heartbroken and wonder why they killed him, burnt his body, stole his cellphone, money and shoes," he said.

Johannes said he believes the suspects are not from the area because his son was not a bad person in the community.

"Maybe they just burnt his body to destroy evidence. I'm not sure where he was coming from when it happened. I hope the police will hunt and find the suspects," he said.

"He was found naked and burnt. His legs were tied, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The police have opened a murder case. The motive for the incident is currently unknown and police investigations are still ongoing," Ledwaba said.

Limpopo police commissioner Lieutenant-General Thembi Hadebe condemned this brutal and senseless killing.

Hadebe has ordered the police to speed up the search for the suspects.
