THE Sibanda family seeks justice for their murdered son.
Lethabo Sibanda was stabbed to death in 2023.
The 19-year-old accused, Didintle Tladi, appeared in the Rustenburg Regional Court, North West on Wednesday, 25 September.
The missing documents from the docket in the murder case against Tladi have delayed the reapplication of bail based on new facts.
The case was postponed to Friday, 4 October for the court to listen to the recordings of the previous bail judgment as the document of the notes is still missing.
The court also requested that the defence submit the medical report of the accused since he was taken to the hospital for observation. Tladi is in a wheelchair and unable to walk.
Lethabo's mum, Kgomotso Sibanda, said she's still in deep pain, adding that she'll only get closure once justice has been s.
She told Daily Sun that her only closure is wanting justice for her son.

"I don't understand the delay. I feel like my son's death is being normalised, and it pains me," she said.
She said she wanted to see the case completed so that she could try carrying on with her life.
Lethabo's aunt, Portia Sibanda, said they believed the case is making progress.
"We just want to see justice. We can't afford to have more delays. Didintle must get a lengthy sentence for the crime he committed," she said.
Tladi was arrested in June 2023 for the alleged murder of Lethabo Sibanda (18), a pupil at Hoër Tegniese Skool who was stabbed to death at Rustenburg bus rank.
He was allegedly stabbed in the throat with a sharp object during a fight.
Didintle was denied bail in July 2023 when the state successfully opposed it.
The court said the reasons given by the accused during his application didn't prove why it was in the best interest of justice that he be granted bail.
