FOR months, residents have been complaining about an unregistered loan shark business that has been charging them high interests and keeping their documents such as identity books and bank cards.
After receiving complaints, the Limpopo Hawks’ Serious Commercial Crime Investigation conducted a search and seizure operation at Mbhazima Cash Loans in Elim outside Makhado in Limpopo on Tuesday, 23 May.
It was revealed that the business was operating without a license while charging high interests.
