A COP and a paramedic, two of the first officials who arrived at the scene where the body of Prince Lethukuthula Zulu was found, testified on Wednesday, 2 November about the state of his body when they arrived at the apartment.
The court heard how Lethukuthula was found, still with a condom on his 4-5 after the four women he allegedly snuggled with, left him naked at the apartment. This was during the murder trial of Tshegofatso Moremane, Gontse Thloele, Margaret Koaile and Portia Mmola, who appeared again in the South Gauteng High Court.
Sergeant Jeffrey Sithole from the Honeydew Police Station told the court he attended to the body after he was given a declaration of death report by Sabrina Ferrari, a Netcare 911 paramedic who declared Lethukuthula dead.
Sithole said: "I opened the sheet to check for visible injuries. What I saw, was a condom on his penis, and there were no visible injuries."

He said they flipped the body over but no injuries were found on his back.
The lawyers of the four accused wanted to know if Sithole, by turning the body, was tampering with evidence. He said that was part of his job and that he needed to make sure he recorded exactly the condition of the body when he found it.

Sabrina told the court she checked the heart, pulse, respiratory activity, ECG (electrocardiogram) and eye pupil movement and all were absent, meaning the patient had died. She said given the prince's age of 51, she suspected that he may have not died due of natural causes.
"There was no history of any conditions that would cause his demise."
The matter has been postponed to Friday, 4 November.
