Tlhagale had a busy 2020 after negotiating a four-year contract with Mamelodi Sundowns in May and a move to the record eight-time CAF Champions League winner after his resignation last month.
With Mosimane now heading into a different direction for his career after winning every trophy on offer in South African club football, Tlhagale admitted to Al Ahly TV that winning the Champions League is imperative as it gets him closer to one of his personal targets.
"As his agent, one of the key things he really wants to achieve, his bigger vision is to go to the FIFA Club World Cup and win it, that is where he wants to be," she said.
"I'm not saying that's what will happen, I'm not the coach, just his agent but what I can say is that the fans and Al Ahly family need to give him time as he spent eight years at one club and five years at the other.
"It's his wish that within this month he gets his hands on the [CAF Champions league and Egyptian] cups."
Mosimane has enjoyed a perfect start to life with the Red Devils winning two games in the Egyptian Premier League in his first two fixtures ahead of tonight's clash against Pyramids at the Cairo International Stadium at 20h00 (GMT+2).
