Defending TKO champions Bakgaga travel to Atteridgeville on Saturday to face MTN8 winners SuperSport United at Lucas Moripe Stadium.
Nyirenda has welcomed their meeting with Matsatsantsa and wants to spoil the party for Kaitano Tembo's team following their MTN8 success.
"There is no small draw in Telkom. We are playing against a very good team," Nyirenda said.
"What I like about it is that we are playing against a team that know what they are doing. They are well-structured which means they are coached by a good coach.
"It's not going to be easy for them. They just won the MTN8 so they are looking for something. We are looking at them. We know how they play, they play good football.
"What makes it easy for us, every player will be motivated to play against a team coming from winning a cup. We are playing against a good team and we have to come out with guns blazing."
Baroka beat Orlando Pirates in the Telkom Knockout final in Port Elizabeth last year to bring a football trophy to the Limpopo province for the first time in its history.
