Cristiano Ronaldo's season ended with Juventus' shock UEFA Champions League exit and he's now set to spend the off-season on his recently acquired R123-million luxury yacht.

Ronaldo ended the campaign with a brace in their 2-1 win over Lyon on Saturday but it wasn't enough to secure Juventus a spot in the quarter-final of Europe's elite club competition.

The 35-year-old scored 31 goals in 33 Serie A appearances which showcased his incredible ability to perform at the highest level despite his advancing age.

With huge decisions poised for the shortened off-season before the new campaign, Ronaldo is likely to spend time with his family on his yacht which he bought last June for a staggering £5.5-million.

The five-roomed masterpiece is set to sail out to the Mediterranean sea where Ronaldo, his fiance Georgina Rodriguez and his five children will bask in the sun for the remainder of the European summer.

Weighing 93 tons, the modern creation can reach speeds of over 50km an hour for spectacular sailing afternoons with the potential for island hopping amidst the travelling restrictions during the coronavirus pandemic.
