People often say there are levels to everything, and a Mamelodi Sundowns playmaker has elevated to the top class bracket of stars in South African football that he seems to even have a personal photographer. Here's a look.

The Story

Mokoena's rise to the top is relatively understated, but it seems that the midfielder has always showed signs that he is the top class player in the PSL, who has earned celebrity status to a good degree.

It is also important to understand that public figures aren't necessarily only those who make up the world of glitz and glam, or those in the arts and entertainment industry, but the term also includes athletes - figures like Mokoena, who is a regular for Bafana Bafana and the reigning DStv Prem champions, the Brazilians.

Now it seems that when you have reached this level of success and hype, you're likely to start taking more pictures, or let's say you have to because you've become a brand of some sort. The Bethlehem-born baller often pops up with some crisp images, with his more recent Instagram post taken by Tsila Mmola, his apparent trusted photographer.  The pair have worked together on several other shoots, including promo work for Mokoena's outfitter PUMA.

The 25-year-old has already racked up 100k followers on Instagram, affirming his popularity as an individual. This is probably only a fraction of the people who know him, given that not all football lovers use the social media app. It is also obvious that the former SuperSport United man's pockets also grew.
