Gaston Sirino is nearing his sixth DStv Premiership crown this season and it's raised questions over his lack of appreciation from his native Uruguay.
Sirino does qualify for Bafana Bafana after officially becoming a South African citizen recently and his eligibility has divided opinion among local football fans, despite winning a trophy every year since joining Masandawana in 2018.
Here's how the readers reacted to the "What will be next for Sirino after Bafana non-selection" story:
"I just don't get where the debate emanate from? Sirino has not said a word on whether he's commiting or not," says Abuti.
"We don't want naturalized players. It would be a different case if Sirino, like those French players, was born or raised here. Ode Fulutudilu had no hassles getting capped by Banyana, you know why? She was raised here," says Lesoganatsoko.
"He is not a regular at Sundowns so why should he be selected?" says mogaleramolotja.
"Why are you busy forcing him to play for bafana? You fail to develop your own players now you want to copy France and use foreigners for your squad," says thabot.boshielo.

The Zambian goal-scoring legend is pursuing a coaching career after hanging up his boots and Pretoria Callies coach, Kwanele Kopo says they want to help "Ntofo-Ntofo" develop his coaching skills.
Here's how the readers reacted to the news in the "Goalscoring legend Mbesuma makes return to PSL as strikers coach" story:
"A good and positive move for Callies, that's the way to go, as we see with the likes of Manchester United who are reaping the rewards," says Danito 4 Life.
"He'll be a good addition somewhere south of Jozi," says Abuti.
"Honestly, he would be a good addition across the entire country, where scoring is not at it's best. Proof to that is the 18 years record [Mbesuma's PSL goal scoring record]..." responds Danito 4 Life to Abuti's comment.
