Orlando Pirates boss Jose Riveiro has explained how Pirates fell behind in their bid for the DStv Premiership title.
The Spaniard mentioned that there was a period where the Sea Robbers couldn't manage to get the average points per month or per week that they were supposed to get.
He also mentioned that the Buccaneers couldn't translate their MTN 8 cup form to the league and is adamant that his team will fight hard for second place.
Here's how the readers reacted to the "'We know the reasons' - Riveiro reacts to Sundowns eliminating both Pirates and Chiefs from the title race" story:
"This plumber is lucky to have won MTN8, otherwise he's just an ordinary flop," says Rodent Trap.
"Sundowns is will repeat their thing next season if teams don't get serious," says CCTV4.
"Selection of the team shows that you are not in charge. Why is Screamer always hovering on top of your head in each game.
"I so wish that Screamer and Floyd can watch our games with their families at home and leave the team, then you give them reports after games.
"The team selections are too bad and obvious to lose or draw games unnecessary so. Pirates will never improve with such management," says skepmaswikaneng.
"In essence, the battle is for position 2. Do these teams have goals or ambitions to challenge for PSL championship?" says Abuti.
"I like an honest coach!" says user853624.

Sundowns are reportedly monitoring Panama international attacker, Ismael Diaz, and KickOff.com revealed how much the league leaders will have to fork out to land the 25-year-old in the next transfer window.
Diaz, who's currently on the books at Ecuadorian side Universidad Catolica, has long been profiled by Masandawana and the club would have to pay in the region of R14 million for his services.
Here's how the readers reacted to the "Sundowns to pay millions again..." story:
"Planning becomes important if you run a business. That's what and how corporate world demands this days. Sundowns is way too serious about their business. I truly admire their foresight," says Abuti.
"But this Diaz looks good playing from either wings than upfront. He is forceful that's a positive for him. And Sundowns usually gets it right with scouting," makhause(2).
"I feel pity for the Khosi Nation, it means the drought will continue.. They just need to accept their situation and move on. (that is accepting that Chiefs is now an ordinary team)," says ngwanamoshate.70.
