AmaZulu star George Maluleka has secured another partnership with a major brand.
Mido is one of the biggest names in South Africa football history after his lengthy career that saw him play for Mamelodi Sundowns, Ajax Cape Town and Kaizer Chiefs while he also made appearances for the national team in his career.
Due to being a household figure, many companies would want to collaborate and work with the midfielder. This time was Skin renewal, who announced on their Facebook page that they are launching a collab with the player.
"George spends 90% of his time in the sun, over the years his skin has obviously been exposed to the sun's rays even though he uses sun screen," the official statement read.
"With all the physical contact that his body gets on the pitch it was a no brainer for him to partner up with Skin Renewal when they approached him.
"Skin Renewal considers themselves as the "Bentley" of medical aesthetic, making it a no brainer for an Athlete like George, who is of high end luxury quality in South African football to be treated by the country's best Aesthetic doctors.
"Skin Renewal will focus on George's sports performance enhancing his fitness levels ensuring his recovery is on track. They will also ensure all the scaring he receives on the pitch is treated leaving no traces of any injuries.
"The collaboration with a Quelle ViV is two months. It was one that made sense as the brand is focused on ensuring that all sporting codes and athletes are rehydrated. From a health perspective, ViV is the perfect fit for an athlete like George, as he leads an active gym lifestyle.
"The product is unique, energising, hydrating, and has reviving flavours. The quality is uncompromising, which is at the same standards as all the aQuellé products using Natural Spring Water.
"ViV has high vitamins such as B3, B9, and B12, to name a few. It also contains electrocytes that are essential for an Athlete like George.
"We are hoping to partner up with more brands whose focus is more on an Athlete's well being on and off the pitch."
