Willard Katsande’s Boss Ya Mboka clothing line appears to be selling like hotcakes after a group of DStv Premiership players were flexing their new merchandise from the growing brand. Check it out!

What Happened?

In December 2021, ‘Salt and Pepper’ dropped the first sneak peek of his new clothing label with Mzansi keen to see creative ideas flowing from the midfielder’s brain.

With the business still relatively new, it can be hard to get your fashionwear advertised without paying a substantial amount of money to put it on television. However, that is one problem Katsande does not have as his clothing brand seemingly caught the eye of a group of South African ballers.

Kaizer Chiefs defender Eric Mathoho is known for his Moschino and Fabiani drip but he recently dropped his European luxury brands for an African brand in the form of ‘Boss Ya Mboka’.

Sekhukhune United midfielder Tlotlo Leepile is also another player who decided to get a shirt from the clothing label, while his teammate Justice Chabalala was one of the first players to get the drip from the Katsande brand.

Naturena’s Ramahlwe Mphahlele made sure he delivered the sauce in the manner that would make KingSalt proud.

Did you know?

Katsande is a multitasker as his fashion label is not the only business venture he has. The 35-year-old also runs a construction company called ‘Katsande Partners’.
