Nteo was one of five players signed yesterday by the Free State-based side.
Others include national team Under-20 star Tsepo Gumede, Bloemfontein Celtic striker Lebo Ramolesa and the Orlando Pirates duo of Thulani Maseko and Thulani Lukhele.
Warriors’ publicist Lerato Mokoane has confirmed the acquisition of the five and adds that Nteo has signed a two-year contract with the team.
“Ramolesa, Maseko and Lukhele have only joined us on loan. We will soon announcing new goalkeeper coach to boost our technical team.
“With all these signings, the sky is now the limit in our aspirations to gain promotion to PSL next season,” he adds.
Bucs’ Maseko, who also has national team colours at Under-17 level tells snl24.com/kickoff that he is happy about his move to Warriors and is determined to work hard so that when he goes back to Bucs, he will be a vastly improved player.
“I haven’t got a chance of playing at Pirates at this stage and this great opportunity to get more game time and prove my capabilities. My focus here will also on playing well and helping the team to get into PSL next season.”
