Sources at FC AK have revealed to snl24.com/kickoff that the Turkish mentor will be back in charge in the new season after resolving his grievances with the club.
“I can confirm that Ali Akan will be the coach of the team in the new season. He is basically continuing from where he left off temporarily,” says a well-informed source.
Apparently, influential figures at FC AK convinced Akan to come back to the club as they valued his input at the club in his first year in charge.
The former Namibian national team coach had cited management interference in his job as the reason for choosing to surprisingly resign just a day before the crucial promotional match.

With matters resolved the 48-year-old Akan will no longer be heading to fellow First Division side Dynamos, who were seeking his services.
