The Amajita’s are scheduled to arrive in Windhoek this afternoon (Thursday) at Hosea Kutako International Airport shortly after midday before leaving for the Safari Hotel where they will be accommodated for the duration of The Namibian Challenge.
The South Africans were also scheduled to hold their first training session at the Sam Nujoma Stadium in the afternoon, followed by another at 16h00 tomorrow.
Members of the public have been invited to attend the training sessions.
Entrance to the match on Saturday will be free of charge.
The South African team includes numerous exciting young players who are on the books of top premier league clubs in South Africa.
Four players, defender Tlou Molekwane and midfielders Bongani Sondhlane, Mandla Masango and Bamoza Gololo, are with Kaizer Chiefs.
Midfielders Kamohelo Mokotjo and Thato Mokeke play for Supersport United, while defender Ramahlwe Mphahele and striker Thulani Ngcepe play for Moroka Swallows.
Defender Thulani Hlatshwayo and midfielders Daylon Classen and Thulani Serero play for Ajax Cape Town, defender Mncedisi Ndwanwe plays for Jomo Cosmos and midfielder Michael Morton plays for Orlando Pirates.
