Club captain Nhlanhla Vilakazi revealed that during a media open day as they prepare for a must-win home game against Chippa United at King Zwelithini Stadium on Saturday.

"Our trip to Swaziland during the international break helped us as players to have a heart-to-heart talk regarding our inconsistency this season. I believe we are now back to our best mentally and physically, it was a much-needed break," Vilakazi said.

Vilakai said they know what they are up against when they face the Chilli Boys and feels every team at this stage of the season is upping their game for different reasons.

"We know their form, but any team at this point wants to win, it's the second round and we beat them away so we expect nothing but a tough game, we will go there all out to deliver," he declared.

"We will take one game at a time, we know hard work will decide our position come the end of the season. For us to prove we are worth the top eight, it must be seen on Saturday against Chippa United."
