The Algerian served the sanction after being found guilty of spitting at a match official during a 2015 African Nations Cup qualifier between Kenya and Comores in July 2014.
Amrouche is now in charge of the Mediterranean Knights and is currently preparing his side for a 2019 AFCON qualifier with South Africa at Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday.
"Before this mafia in CAF, this is mafia, they banned me without reasons and justice. We know all the story about these people in CAF and I'll never forgive these people, never," Anrouch said before conducting a training session at the match venue in Durban on Friday.
"I was in Kenya and I was unbeaten in Kenya. We did a great job but sometimes when you have people like this mafia in front of you, you can't do anything. They kill you for nothing, why?
"Who can support us? [But] let's forget about it. I'm happy to be back on the field and football for me is a passion, because when I'm not on the bench I'm in the school. I'm an instructor of the UEFA Pro License. I take my time to exchange with the students and I always have this passion."
Meanwhile, Amrouche has taken note that Bafana Bafana are without veteran winger Siphiwe Tshabalala, who recently joined Turkish outfit Erzurumspor from Kaizer Chiefs.
The 33-year-old is widely remembered for scoring the first goal of the 2010 World Cup with a cracking strike against Mexico at FNB Stadium.
"The weakness of Bafana Bafana? Let me think, because it's not an easy question," he said.
"I know only Tshabalala is not here, for that I'm prepared. If Tshabalala is here, maybe I'd prepare something but now he's not here," he added with laugh.
