Chiefs' trialist shows his magic

Having just returned from trials at Naturena, Odura was thrown in against Heart of Lions in an outstanding league game, and he came up with a sublime chip to give Kotoko all three points at the Ohene Djan Stadium.

With the score level and only a few minutes left before the final whistle, the winner came when Kotoko substitute Ofosu Amoah raced down the left flank before finding Oduro on the edge of the box.

A pass looked the best thing to do but after one bounce of the ball. Oduro, showing his genius, chipped the ball with the outside of his right boot to give the Porcupine Warriors all three points.

Kotoko now have a six point lead over their closest challengers Liberty Professionals with a game in hand while Lions stay third 11 points behind Kotoko.
