Chivuta’s transfer will come at the end of his current contract at Wits University, with whom he failed to negotiate new terms.
Chivuta’s new deal includes exit clauses which would allow him to go overseas if approached by major clubs.
“Noah felt a move to a club who have a chance to play in the African Champions League next year comes at the right time for his career,” said agent Steve Kapeluschnik.
The tall, attacking player has earned a reputation in the PSL and had been sought after by several clubs.
He won his first cap for Zambia last year but was omitted from his country’s squad for the African Nations Cup finals in Ghana earlier this year.
