Speaking in an interview with snl24.com/kickoff from Germany this morning, Ertugral confirmed that he arrived safely in Stuttgart and says his only concern at the moment is the current status of his father-in-law’s health, which has been described as ‘very bad’.
“It’s bad and not good at all. He is very ill,” Ertugral said before returning to the subject of his future at Naturena.
“I want to reject the reports once and for all. I don’t want to talk about it again. I am not going anywhere and it will be unethical to negotiate with another team when I am still contracted to Kaizer Chiefs.
“I will be back in South Africa next week. I am committed to Kaizer Chiefs and I want to assure you that I will still be with the team next season.”
Meanwhile, Amakhosi defender, Jonathan Quartey is expected to return to training today after suffering a minor knee injury during their Absa Premiership loss to Mamelodi Sundowns last Sunday.
