Lekone, who has not kicked a football since leaving FC AK last season, started training with the Tycoons this week.
Stars’ coach Miguel Gamondi confirmed to snl24.com/kickoff that he is currently looking at the former Dube Birds’ star, together with three foreign players.
“Let’s just give him a chance and see what he can offer. I’m also looking at three foreigners whom we have at training, so it is too early to give an indication as who will be signed or not.”
