This follows the incidents during Birds’ clash against Kaizer Chiefs in Rustenburg on Sunday.
PSL prosecutor Zola Majavu confirmed that Gorowa and Fransman have been charged, but declined to give further details because “Swallows have not replied to notify if they have received my documents”.
“All I can reveal at this stage is I have preferred charges against these two after going through the match commissioner’s report for the weekend game,” said Majavu.
Swallows’ manager Bennet Mtshali tells snl24.com/kickoff that he has been notified by his office of the arrival of the letter from Majavu.
“I will look into it once I get back into the office,” said Mtshali.
Gorowa was seen making his way to fourth official Paulo Marques, apparently to question some of ref Buyile Gqubule’s decisions.
The Birds lost the match 3-1.
