Bafana manager Sipho Nkumane tells snl24.com/kickoff that Walaza suffered a hamstring injury and was examined by the team’s doctors yesterday who declared him unfit for today’s match.
Nkumane has also dismissed reports that the game between South Africa and Zimbabwe hangs in the balance following the Warriors’ failure to get players for the game.
“That’s not true. The game will definitely take place. The Zimbabweans are already in the country. They arrived in Johannesburg last night.”
Nkumane added that Bafana Bafana players will receive caps for today’s game.
