Jobless Siphika remains frustrated

accreditation

Since parting ways with Maritzburg United towards the end of last season, Siphika has not kicked a ball in a match.

“Maritzburg said they were not happy with my commitment; we had a disagreement and so I returned back home. Towards the end of the season I trained with AmaZulu but nothing came out of that, “says Siphika who spent pre-season working out on the beach in Durban.

“I’m still here in Durban and although there are things in the pipeline, I have to admit that I am really frustrated by continually training alone.”

The 26 year-old began his career at Bush Bucks before moving to Manning Rangers in Durban. After that he had a stint with IFK Norkopping in Sweden.

“I am really hungry to get back to playing because since I returned things have never been the same again. I still want to play in the PSL and justify that I am also a player who really deserves to be at the top rather than continually sitting on the sidelines,” he says.
