And much like last weekend, Katongo was involved in every goal for his team. In the 43rd minute, the former Jomo Cosmos star before setting-up a teammate to open the scoring just before the halftime interval.
With the game level at one goal a piece late in the second half, the midfielder scored with a powerful half-volley to hand his side the three points.
In an interview later with the Danish press, Katongo said he works on the principle of being patient.
“I work based on the principle that patience is a virtue and will pay off in the end. It's football, and on the first chance I lost my balance. The second chance I had the cross which was so hard that I lost the ball,” said Katongo after the game adding that "It's an important goal. We need all the points to advance in the table. I am very happy with the goal, but now it's history and we need to look forward to the next game.”
