Katongo came on in the 55th minute before finding the target 16 minutes from full-time while his team were trailing 3-0.
This was Katongo’s first League goal this season from 11 games. This is his second season with Brondby.
Katongo joined Brondby in January after leaving Ezenkosi.
The Zambian striker is expected to play his final game of the year this weekend before the Danish Super League takes a four-month winter break on December 2.
Katongo has had a quiet 2007/08 season with Brondby this time round with 4 starts from 11 games after an impressive debut in the last campaign when he scored five goals.
Ninth-placed Brondby will play League leaders FC Copenhagen this Sunday before resuming their campaign on March 16 at home to Randers.
