Zanaco were drowned in a sea of yellow with a basic display and were pushed and punished by an efficient and experienced Power Dynamos.
The game’s highlight was when former Kaizer Chiefs striker Kilambe scored against his old club Zanaco for Power whom he rejoined atter the off-season.
Power opened scores through Simon Bwalya in the 44th minute to give the visitors a 1-0 lead into the break.
They could have added a second on 55 minutes but Lameck Mwale's goal was strangely, and surprisingly, ruled out for offside by referee Jan Sikazwe.
The dam burst for Zanaco to see a deluge of a further four goals with Kilambe adding his and the team’s second in the 56th minute.
Defender and captain Francis Kasonde made it 3-0 on the hour mark, before Laughter Chilembe chipped in a sublime free kick over the wall and pasted stationary Zanaco goalkeeper Kelvin Musonda in the 69th minute.
Striker Francis Kombe, formerly of Silver Stars, refused to be left out of the fanfare against Zanaco and added a final thumping strike eight minutes from time.
