FC AK manager Kwezi ‘Meneer’ Masondo tells KickOff.com that two players will bring experience and stability to the Eldorado Park-based side that is currently topping First Division Inland Stream.
“We felt it important to bring in such experienced players as the season draws to an end. The coach has surpassed our expectations because he was mandated to build for next seasons’ challenge.
"We have no doubt their presence will help ease the pressure our team which is made up of mostly inexperienced players.”
The stocky Maselesele has just returned from trials in Cyprus after seeking permission from Thanda Royal Zulu FC where he was seeing little action.
Chalwe, the former Zambian international and Sundowns defender, was last on the books of Bloemfontein Celtic.
He has been training with FC AK since beginning of the season. The two players could make their debut against Pretoria University on Friday.
