The Brazilians return back to domestic football on Wednesday with a clash against in-form Golden Arrows at King Zwelithini Stadium.
Moloto tells snl24.com/kickoff that the 4-0 score line against has certainly lifted up the spirit and brought back confidence that has been lacking in the team for the past few games.
“I believe after such a score, the boys will start believing themselves and move forward in the league.”
Moloto added that the substitution of striker Brian Aldave for Peter Ndlovu was not because the Uruguayan star had missed many chances in the first half, but because he wanted to come up with different attacking options.
“It was only a tactical change. Brian had done his part in the first half and we wanted to see how other attacking options would work.
“I also had Lungisani Ndlela whom I wanted to see playing, but then he would have been the same as Aldave in having a tall man upfront, so I opted for Peter Ndlovu.
Miembeni SC coach Suleiman Jabier said his team had gained lot of experience by participating in this season’s CAF Champions League.
“This is a young team and for most of the players it was their first experience of playing in a tournament of this nature. Their ages range between 18 and 23 and I am sure it was good exposure for them to participate in the CAF Champions league despite beaten by such big margin.”
