Moon was set to leave for Greece a few weeks ago for trials with Panathinaikos, but the trip was postponed due to the injury the Bafana Bafana international suffered in the game against Paraguay at the Super Stadium last month.
The Bafana star confirms that he has started training with the Urban Warriors, but says he is not sure about when his trip to Greece will take place and referred snl24.com/kickoff to his manager Mike Makaab.
Makaab disclosed that they are still waiting for Panathinaikos to confirm a new date for Moon’s trial.
Meanwhile, Ajax Cape Town boss John Comitis has also told snl24.com/kickoff that there has been huge interest from Europe for the services of Cameroon midfielder Eyong Enoh.
“There is great interest from both France and Turkey, but we are not too keen to release him as we need the player for another season.”
